Who is responsible for your information?
Anemac Marquees & Event Hire Ltd, company number 07759892, is the controller of personal information provided for our enquiries and hire arrangements. Information you provide
Our enquiry form collects your name, a phone number or email address, event type, approximate guest count and venue or postcode. You may also provide an event date and message. If you attach a guide estimate, the selected marquee, layout, quantities, accessories and indicative prices are included for Anemac to check when preparing your quotation.
Your enquiry and page or service context are stored in our private enquiry records through Lovable Cloud and emailed through Resend to info@anemacmarquees.co.uk. Form drafts stay in the open page rather than being saved as a browser draft. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We use enquiry information to respond to requested quotes, discuss site suitability and arrange hire. Where you request steps towards a hire contract, or we perform an agreed contract, we rely on those pre-contractual steps or contractual necessity. For other correspondence and protecting the site, preventing misuse and maintaining reliable enquiry records, we rely on legitimate interests. Where record keeping or disclosure is required by law, we rely on the relevant legal obligation.
We need an event brief and a way to contact you to respond meaningfully. Optional information helps us understand your plans. The guide estimator suggests sizes and prices; it does not make a decision about you, confirm availability or create a booking. We do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Website services and recipients
Lovable Cloud holds website enquiry records privately. Resend processes enquiry emails and delivers them to Anemac’s enquiry inbox at info@anemacmarquees.co.uk. Anemac and people authorised to handle enquiries use enquiry information to respond to requests.
Hosting and security services may process technical request, connection and error information to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when a page requests them. Optional Google Maps receives information only after you allow the embedded map. Links to Google Maps, social networks and WhatsApp take you to independent services with their own privacy practices.
Service providers may process information outside the UK. You can contact us for information about the provider arrangements and applicable protections relevant to your enquiry. This site does not include a newsletter, marketing signup or advertising or analytics tags.
How long information is kept
We keep personal information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or hire, resolve questions or disputes, protect the website and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and why it is needed. You can contact us about the retention of your information.
