01Measure the space, not just the guest list
For a Grays garden wedding, share the usable length and width, any slopes, trees and fixed features. A dining arrangement needs room for chairs to be pulled out and guests to move between tables. If you want a separate gathering or supplier area, include it in the brief rather than relying on the indicative seated capacity alone.
02Coordinate with your venue
If you have chosen a venue in or around Grays, check permission for a marquee and ask about vehicle entry, working hours and collection deadlines. Let us know how close vehicles can get to the installation area and whether equipment must pass through narrow gates or paths. Site suitability is assessed individually.
03Bring the wedding layout together
Consider lining, lighting and flooring alongside your dining tables and seating. Include the actual event postcode in your enquiry so access and travel can be considered. Installation ahead of the wedding and collection afterwards are agreed around availability and the site.
